The Foundations of the Confident Diver module gives you the tools to understand why stress, panic, and loss of awareness happen underwater. Through clear explanations and practical exercises, you’ll learn how to manage your mind and body under pressure, and prepare for real-world diving challenges.
Using the SBOA method (Stop – Breathe – Orient – Act), this module sets the groundwork for developing confidence, focus, and control in every dive.
